
🧾 Cheesy Pepperoni & Ham Pizza Roll Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade, about 12″x16″ rectangle)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12–15 slices deli ham
- 20–25 slices pepperoni (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Assemble the Roll:
Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread the pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border along the edges. - Layer It Up:
Add a layer of ham slices, then pepperoni, and top with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly. - Roll It:
Starting from the longer side, roll it up tightly like a jelly roll. Pinch the seam to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. - Top It Off:
Brush with melted butter. Add more mozzarella and pepperoni slices on top, and sprinkle with Parmesan if using. - Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. - Cool & Serve:
Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley or basil and serve with warm marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
