🧾 Cheesy Pepperoni & Ham Pizza Roll Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade, about 12″x16″ rectangle)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12–15 slices deli ham
  • 20–25 slices pepperoni (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Assemble the Roll:
    Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread the pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border along the edges.
  3. Layer It Up:
    Add a layer of ham slices, then pepperoni, and top with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly.
  4. Roll It:
    Starting from the longer side, roll it up tightly like a jelly roll. Pinch the seam to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Top It Off:
    Brush with melted butter. Add more mozzarella and pepperoni slices on top, and sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
  6. Bake:
