- 2 salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package directions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.

Season salmon chunks with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sear salmon for 2β3 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter.
