  • 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1″ cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup hot honey (or honey + your favorite hot sauce)
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, hot honey, paprika, salt & pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread in a single layer and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
