Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper. Press the Parmesan onto the chicken to help it form a crust.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
- Set aside and keep warm.
🥔 Crispy Sage & Garlic Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped 🌿 (or 1 tsp dried rubbed sage)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions:

- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter 🧈
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
