🥗 Italian Dinner Plate – Burrata, Bresaola & Rocket Salad

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 1 ball fresh burrata
  • 100–150 g bresaola (thinly sliced air-dried beef)
  • A handful of arugula (rocket)
  • Parmigiano Reggiano, shaved
  • 4 olives (green or black)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice or balsamic glaze (optional)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Plate the bresaola in a circle around a large plate or board.
  2. Add the burrata in the center and gently tear it open to show its creamy core.
  3. Top with arugula, Parmigiano shavings, and olives.
  4. Drizzle olive oil, a splash of lemon juice or balsamic glaze (if desired), and a pinch of pepper.
