Instructions:
- Cook the Macaroni:
Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool. - Make the Dressing:
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. - Combine Ingredients:
Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl along with bell pepper, celery, onion, pickles, and eggs (if using). Mix until everything is coated well. - Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld. Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed. - Garnish (optional):
