
Million Dollar Lasagna

Ingredients
Meat Sauce:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Cheese Filling:
- 16 oz ricotta cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Assembly:
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Instructions
1. Make the Meat Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add onion and garlic; sauté 2–3 minutes. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Mix the Cheese Filling
In a bowl, combine ricotta, 1½ cups mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.

3. Assemble the Lasagna
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a greased 9×13″ baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce. Layer with 4 noodles, one-third of the cheese mixture, and one-third of the meat sauce. Repeat twice. Finish with the remaining meat sauce.

4. Top with Cheese
Evenly sprinkle 2 cups of shredded mozzarella over the top.

5. Bake
