📋 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh fruit (lemon juice, strawberries, raspberries, or mango work well)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
  • Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Directions:

1️⃣ Make Simple Syrup:
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Let it cool.

2️⃣ Blend the Fruit:
In a blender or food processor, blend the fresh fruit until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you want a smoother texture.

3️⃣ Combine:
Mix the fruit puree with the cooled simple syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

4️⃣ Freeze:
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or baking pan. Freeze for about 2–3 hours, scraping with a fork every 30–45 minutes to create a fluffy, icy texture.

5️⃣ Serve:
Scoop into cups and enjoy immediately! Garnish with mint or fresh fruit if desired.

⏱ Time & Servings:

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Freeze Time: ~3 hours
