Tom Homan Warns of Jail Time for Leaking ICE Raid Plans
Former Acting ICE Director Tom Homan has issued a stark warning: anyone leaking details of upcoming immigration enforcement operations will face severe consequences—including jail time, loss of pensions, and criminal charges. Speaking on Fox News, Homan said the safety of ICE agents and the integrity of federal operations are at stake.
The warning follows recent leaks allegedly coming from within the FBI that revealed plans for major ICE raids, including one in California and another in Aurora, Colorado. These disclosures, Homan said, have jeopardized both agent safety and the success of the operations.
“This is not a game,” Homan emphasized. “These leaks put officers at serious risk. If proven intentional, they are criminal.” He confirmed that the Justice Department is now investigating whether the leaks rise to the level of a federal felony.
Homan also criticized Democrats, including Rep. Dan Goldman, who shared tips online about dealing with ICE encounters. Republican Rep. Mark Harris responded harshly, accusing Democrats of aiding illegal immigrants and undermining national security.
With federal agents increasingly on edge, Homan reiterated that the Department of Homeland Security is treating this issue with the utmost seriousness. “We’re working with the DOJ and other agencies to ensure anyone sabotaging these missions is held accountable,” he said.
The message is clear: the federal government is cracking down on internal leaks, and any interference with ICE operations will be met with full legal force.
